This experience and tenure ultimately demonstrate the value to the business as they consistently deliver excellence in managing risk, Loss Prevention, store support operations and overall business objectives.
They set and achieve high standards within store operations. The team’s success can be attributed to their collaborative approach. Working seamlessly with the stores and other functions, they ensure that all risk management efforts align with broader retail goals, from enhancing the customer experience to ensuring safety of staff and customers.
They work collaboratively with other retailers, state police and external suppliers to ensure that investigations and operations are completed successfully and professionally.
They are consistently reviewing and improving strategies trying to keep one step ahead of offenders or finding operational efficiencies in support processes. They are willing to learn from industry best practices, attending risk management workshops, meeting regularly with vendors and staying on top of new trends.
